2. My Offer

I sell original paintings and custom artworks.
I also offer print-on-demand products on Redbubble, where Redbubble handles all sales and shipping (Redbubble’s own terms of service and delivery policy apply).

3. Ordering and Payment

Prices are in Euro (€) and include Danish VAT.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
An order is binding only after I send you a confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Artworks are usually shipped within 7–21 business days.
Local pickup in Copenhagen is possible by appointment.
Redbubble orders follow Redbubble’s delivery terms.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods, except for:

Custom or personalised artworks
Digital downloads (once sent or downloaded)

To cancel, email me within 14 days and return unused items at your own expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after I receive the returned item in its original, unused condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

6. Warranty

All physical products have a 2-year legal warranty for defects under Danish and EU law.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks are protected by copyright and belong to me, Sylwia Ziólkowska.
You may not reproduce, sell, or use the images commercially without my written permission.
Digital downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Liability

My liability is limited to the value of your order. I am not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by carriers.

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the new version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
